   LM Holiday is an authorized seller of tours and airline tickets, working with travel agencies insured by Act No. 159/1999 Coll. Partner agencies regularly update travel offers and links; however, LM Holiday is not responsible for changes after updates. Once the contract is signed, prices are fixed.
2. Reservation and Order:
   Bookings can easily be made via the link on our website. After completing the reservation, you will receive a preliminary price. To secure the trip, the final contract and payment confirmation are required. It is important to note that incorrect orders may be declined. Additionally, insurance options are available upon request for non-discounted trips.
3. Payment:
   Deposits or payments must be made directly to LM Holiday. The reservation becomes binding once the contract is signed, and the deposit is paid. To confirm the reservation, payments should be made within 3 days.
4. Travel Documents:
   Please note that travel documents will be issued only after receiving the full payment. Once payment is confirmed, clients will receive their documents according to the specific conditions of the respective agency.
5. Cancellation Policy:
   Cancellations are permitted, but please be aware that the cancellation fees may vary depending on the travel agency’s conditions. Cancellations should be made via email to LM Holiday as soon as possible.
6. Complaints:
   LM Holiday is not responsible for handling complaints about the services provided by the travel agency organizing the trip. It is recommended that complaints be filed promptly during the trip, for a quicker resolution.
7. Partner Terms – LM Holiday Egypt:
   LM Holiday Egypt, in cooperation with Suez Gulf Tourism Easy Trav, offers trips that do not include international flights. In these cases, payment, cancellation policies, and complaints follow LM Holiday Egypt’s guidelines. Specific cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the departure date is.
8. Payment & Cancellation for Egypt Tours:
   Please note that booking requires advance payment to secure your reservations. Cancellations may incur significant fees based on how far in advance the cancellation is made, with 100% cancellation fees for last-minute cancellations.
9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution:
   It is highly recommended that complaints be filed during the trip for faster resolution. Furthermore, complaints must be submitted within 3 months of the event to be addressed.
10. Trip Details:
    The time and location of your trip will be provided after payment. However, LM Holiday Egypt will not be responsible for missed trips if the client fails to be at the agreed location at the specified time.
11. Age of Children:
    Prices for children and infants may vary depending on the activity. However, children may be required to pay the same price as adults for certain activities.
12. CDs, DVDs, and Photos:
    LM Holiday Egypt is not responsible for the quality of any products sold during the trip, such as souvenirs or photos. Any complaints regarding these items should be directed to the seller.
