Can I change my reservation?
Yes, we will be happy to help you. If you need to make changes, such as removing or adding some one to your reservation, updating contact or changing date than it will the best to contact us via email or sms. Some tours and local organizers cannot confirm the cancellation or change of your reservation once it has been confirmed. In this case any non-standard or cancellation conditions are written on the page of our website.
How long will be order in cart?
If you add an activity to your cart than we will save it for 60 minutes. If you need more, add it to your wish list so you don’t forget it. Keep in mind, however, that if an item on your wishlist is sold out, it will no longer be possible to buy it again.
Is my payment save?
Yes, our online payment system is savety. It actually encrypts your payment information to protect you from fraud and unauthorized transactions. LM Holiday enables the processing of transactions with available cards by internationally recognized and secure payment systems. After booking, you will be charged for your credit card or PayPal account. If the reservation is canceled according to the cancellation policy, the amount will be credited to the original account from which the data was obtained.
Are the any booking fees?
Very few activites have booking fees. In these cases the fee will be clearly written before booking. These fees please do not change with cancellation fees.
