Departure from Hurghada:
At 02:00 a.m., you will depart early from your hotel to begin the 5-hour journey to Cairo.

Morning Program:
Upon arrival in Cairo, you will first visit Saqqara, where you will explore key archaeological sites, including Djoser’s Pyramid, the famous Step Pyramid, Teti’s Pyramid, the tomb of Pharaoh Teti with hieroglyphic inscriptions, and Kadzemni’s Tomb, the tomb of the official Kadzemni with intricate reliefs. You will also visit a Carpet Factory & School, where you can observe handmade carpet production and learn about the local educational system.

Next, you will travel to Dahshur, where you will explore the Dahshur Necropolis. Here, you will see the Broken Pyramid of Sneferu, Pharaoh Sneferu’s failed attempt at a smooth-sided pyramid, the Red Pyramid, which is the first true pyramid with smooth sides, and the Bent Pyramid, a unique pyramid with a distinct bent angle.

Lunch:
You will enjoy a buffet-style lunch featuring traditional Egyptian cuisine.

Afternoon Program:
After lunch, you will head to the Giza Pyramids, where you will visit the iconic Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu), the largest pyramid in Egypt, Pyramid of Chephren, known for the nearby Sphinx statue, and the Pyramid of Mykerinos, the smallest of the three pyramids. You will also visit The Sphinx, the famous lion-bodied, Pharaoh Chephren-headed statue. Afterward, you will visit a Perfume Factory, where you can learn about and shop for traditional Egyptian perfumes.

Optional Trip:
If you choose, you can take an optional trip to Old Cairo, where you can explore Coptic Cairo, visit the Hanging Church, and tour the Egyptian Museum.

Return to Hurghada:
At 00:00 (midnight), you will begin your return journey to Hurghada, concluding your day trip to Cairo.
