After breakfast, visit the Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved Egyptian religious buildings from the Ptolemaic period. The temple was built on the site of an older structure from the New Kingdom era, with construction starting in 237 BC under Ptolemy III and completed around 60 BC during the reign of Ptolemy XII. It is the second-largest preserved temple in Egypt. After the visit, sail to Luxor. Lunch and dinner will be served on the boat, and the evening will be free for your personal enjoyment. After breakfast, begin your tour on the West Bank of the Valley of the Kings, home to the tombs of many of Egypt’s most famous pharaohs. Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon, the massive statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then head to the East Bank to explore the grandeur of Karnak Temple. In the afternoon, we’ll return to Hurghada.
